Memory care facility in Essex, Vermont

Spring Village provides state-of-the-art memory care in a homelike environment. The facility houses 56 beds in two wings, each with a dining room, living room, and kitchen. To create a homey environment for residents, an interior street was created along with administrative areas as a lobby for families and guests.

Bessery’s Quality Market

Local market in Burlington, Vermont

BlackRock Construction was contracted to rebuild the iconic Bessery’s Quality Market, which has been a landmark in the New North End of Burlington for over 50 years. Bessery’s reopened in June 2016 with a fresh look complete with a butcher shop, a quality deli/takeout counter, and a creemee/Italian ice window, as well as two apartments on the second floor.
